It is true that most of the members of Creative Teams hear first time about the companies they should work with. That is why it is important to make participants familiar with each other as easy as possible and as soon as possible so they can move forward faster.
One method how to do this is 10Q method which consists of 10 questions which are focusing on facilitating the conversation between Creative Teams and companies and just keeping it flowing. Creative Teams interview companies by using 10 core questions that are placed on online (Padlet) board. The questions are mainly to get all the information about the company, their product/service, customers, main competitors and most importantly about the main challenges that company needs to face.
10Q method aims to provoke starting discussion by involved Creative Steps 2.0 participants as they are connecting from different geographical locations. It takes place ONLINE and helps participants to get to know each other’s background. It also allows participants to understand the background of businesses and to define potential and current challenges of the business.
The benefits of this process are several, starting from getting to know each other’s background, better understanding the problem, learning more about online communication, ending with realizing the remoteness of the workshop. For every question, it takes max 10 minutes and it already gives participants so many answers, right?
