Asking what Creative Teams really are? What does it mean? It is one of the most important parts of Creative Steps so let’s have a proper look at it!

Creative Teams are groups of students who work during Creative Steps 2.0 workshop together with selected and matched companies. They need to work together in order to develop a business idea and innovate joint product or service as effective as possible.

Teams consist of students from different countries, having different study fields what makes Creative Teams multidisciplinary and is bringing the diversity of the backgrounds and dynamics for an innovations process.

What is the purpose of Creative Steps? First of all, it has an educational purpose, where students have a possibility to gain working life and entrepreneurial experience. It is really difficult for students to find a possibility how to gain these skills so Creative Steps is a great opportunity!

Second important purpose is the support and the help to the companies in their business development process. While students are learning by doing, at the same time Creative Teams act also as a support for small businesses – they help in small business innovation´s work and enrich participating companies with valuable, fresh and new insights for their business development.
