Energizing Exercise

No more ideas? Being tired of thinking too much about one thing? What about finding time for an activity which will wake you up and keep your blood moving?!

Energizing exercise helps to freshen your mind, have a break and still keep the efficiency of the work on the maximum! How does it work?

All you need is group of 3 persons with opened and playful minds. It starts by all 3 persons standing in a line. While the person in a middle follows the leader, both other participants ask him simple questions (mathematical and colors concerning). The person in the middle needs to think about 3 different things at the same time!

A long and intense work process can make people tired even though the work itself might be interesting. It is good to take a break once in a while and take your mind off the work when you seem to be losing steam. This exercise is the best remedy for tired mind.
