The role of the students is to actively participate in Creative Steps 2.0 workshop in order to produce a new business idea what is really important task. To ensure the diversity of students, there needs to be the recruiting part. Below you will find more information about this!
The aim of recruiting process is to create 4 Creative Teams of international students from different study fields to make teams more multidisciplinary. Under the supervision of coaches, Creative Teams participate in an intensive 1+10 step process (2 weeks) – step-by-step path with the set of creative tools. During the process, student teams and companies work on a business idea/product/service and bring it to the new level. Students, who are selected for the participation in the workshop can receive also study credit points.
Selection of the student participants in Creative Steps 2.0 is organized via online application. Selection is based on motivation of the student, interest to get involved with challenging business innovation tasks and ability to fully dedicate for 10 workdays (two weeks) to the work in the Creative Steps 2.0 workshop.
All these criteria are just for the coaches to make sure the workshop is going to be full of fresh and innovative minds and the workshop will reach great results!
