The main goal of this blog post is to clearly explain the “Step 8” for everyone who wants to know more detailed information about the overall process.
Prototyping can be understood as creating a more specific concept of the product or service. (to read more about it click → here)
Creative Teams need to make a first version of the product/service, formulate clearly – what is a product (maximum in two sentences) and visualize the product/service. Those are the main tasks during this step. It takes approximately 1 day for the best results as teams need to think through this tasks properly. The outcome of this step is a prototype – Padlet (read more about Padlet here) where teams are reflecting the product/service with comments, pictures, process description or customer journey.
“Test fast, fail fast, adjust fast.” – Tom Peters. There is no wrong option in prototyping, as you can always make it again – and better!
We are getting into the Step 9! Read about it here.
