Creative Steps 2.0 – Step 9 – Proving market demand

The main goal of this blog post is to clearly explain the “Step 9” for everyone who wants to know more detailed information about the overall process.

In this step the task of Creative Teams is to identify and prove market demand for the new business idea.  Creative Teams use their already developed prototype in order to test it with potential customer and get their feedback. Aim of this task is to understand what actual market demand is and whether product/service is solving an actual problemneed of the customer. Market demand analysis help to understand the strong and weak points of the product, the real reaction of potential customers and also provide a background for improvements of the prototype.

Each Creative Team creates a Padlet board to reflect the results of the analysis and own conclusions. Creative Teams upgrade their prototype and business idea as much as possible during the time reserved for this step, which is optimally 2 days. Final version of a prototype and business idea presentation must be almost ready in this step because the next one – Step 10 is already final pitching!
