How to get familiar with your group members during some group work assignment? Not always that easy right? Try Introduction exercise!

While doing some group work, it is very important for the members to feel comfortable with each other to make the work effective. With this starting exercise its going to be easy!

How does it work? Participants should write on a paper their name, home country and one word in their language that they can teach the other group members. Members of the groups start to get to know each other by introducing themselves, teaching the foreign word and its meaning other group members.

It is very easy to do and very effective as the participants are not shy to speak to each other about the needed things afterwards!
