Mind map

Are you curious what a mind map is? Sounds like some brain anatomy right? But actually that is not true. So then what a mind map is?

In general, a mind map is a graphical way to represent ideas and concepts. Mind map is an untraditional way how to write something down, it is totally different from a simple linear text. Mind map has more natural expression because you create it to be simple for you and for the others – it is just much more natural for your brain to get the point of the mind map than just a normal text! And in addition it is fun!

Business case mind map is used in Creative Steps – when you use material and information gained during 10Q workshop/method (read more about 10Q here). It is a brainstorming method for categorizing 10Q and related information.

Business case mind map is a tool that helps to deepen the understanding of selected 2 businesses and their environment, opportunities and challenges and it helps creating a framework for a business case. Taking into account that Creative Steps 2.0 aims to bring 2 different creative companies, Business Case Map helps to collect and identify all relevant factors to be taken into account during the process of building new product/service.

Thanks to this creative tool, members of Creative Teams get into better interaction as they start to share and express their real thoughts with each other in a funny form. It takes 4 hours to reach the best results and all you need is some large space (large papers sheet, board or even floor), where participants can express their thoughts written on stick-in notes (so they can be moved).

Just as in every great idea – its power lies in its simplicity.
