Recruiting of companies

Main target group of the Creative Steps 2.0 are companies in creative sector and students from the university. Recruitment and selection of these participants is an essential part of the process. The question is: how to choose the most suitable companies?

Companies in creative industries are main beneficiaries of Creative Steps 2.0 workshop. The aim of recruiting process is to select 8 the most suitable creative companies from different countries. 2 companies, which should be from different countries and have different business fields, are matched together in the process of Creative Steps 2.0 workshop. With the help of Creative Team they will define the case they want to work on and assigned team of students will work on this challenge/problem during 10 days of intensive structured workshop process guided by the experts and coaches.

Companies are invited to participate in the process and engage with Creative Teams as much as they wish or as much as they can. Taking into account busy life of entrepreneurs there is a guidance of the process where they can see when their participation is necessary and when they can attend the session online.
