Groove-cocktail Exercise

What has a cocktail and a workshop in common? Stretching your body and relaxing your mind…seems too unprofessional for workshop? I am sure it is different than you think! Let me explain it.

The body and the mind often gets tired during long process of work. Then it feels like you can’t create any more ideas at the time. Playful exercise during a break stretches and shakes the body. This exercise helps to wake up participants and make them ACTIVE again. Doing this exercise together in a group brings energy to all the participants.

The exercise is led by a facilitator which starts by inviting participants to make “cocktail” together by following his gestures which are meant to stretch and move the body while pretending to be making a cocktail.

All it takes is just 3-5 minutes and a joyful mind. Do not be scared to try it, it is just our special Groove-Cocktail!
