ANITRA ARKKO-SAUKKONEN,  TAM, PHD

Anitra is known for her enthusiasm on trying and developing different methods and applying them bravely also in online working.

She was responsible of innovation, creative methods, participation motivation, communication and especially online working. Service design is close to Anitra´s heart due to customer friendliness. At times laughter filled the space when process was taken forward. You need to be serious but not uptight. Anitra works as a teacher in culture field in Lapland University of applied sciences and she has been developing previous Creative Steps model in Creative Edge project, also taking part for years on Innomaraton innovation courses as a directing teacher. She is also doing a thesis concentrating on implementing online working on creative working by using service design methods.

ANŽELIKA KRASTIŅA, MED, MBA

Currently Anželika holds the position of a senior lecturer in International Business Degree Programme at Lapland University of Applied Sciences, Finland. She is actively involved in developing entrepreneurship education at Lapland UAS. Among other, she has established InnoBarentsLab – IBL, a place for students to develop, prototype and test business ideas and practice entrepreneurship in European High North region. IBL model is directly integrated with the university studies. Anželika is also in charge of several related study courses, such as Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Service Innovation, Arctic Business and Innovation, In addition to Creative Steps 2.0 model, Anželika has been involved in similar methodology development in many other international projects: Young Innovative Entrepreneurs, SMART practice (Empowering Entrepreneurial Skills in Higher Education) just to name few.
