The aim of these guidelines is to introduce the methodology of Creative Steps 2.0 workshop and share the experiences gained during the piloting of the model.
The guidelines introduce the model – step-by-step process methodology, introduce the participants and their role, reflect the process of recruiting and selection of participants, describe the set of tools that are used during the workshop, in particular emphasizing online collaboration tools.
Guidelines provide detailed description of the benefits for all stakeholders of the workshop and finally they reflect entire journey of the pilot implementation of Creative Steps 2.0 workshop which was held in spring 2016 in Finnish Lapland: the feedback from companies, students, experts and coaches´ own reflection. In the attachment part, the reader will find the most relevant documents, forms and materials used during the implementation of the workshop.
These guidelines can be used in many different situations. They can be useful for any innovation work, especially if that is done internationally. Education institutions and universities can use this methodology for their entrepreneurship pedagogics. Companies can use the process for their internal innovation and business development process.
